To the maximum extent permitted by law, 35jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 35jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
35jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
35jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, cheating, or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false account information; or conduct that 35jl reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform or its players.
In cases of suspected fraud or regulatory breach, 35jl may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Players will be notified of the outcome and any steps required to resolve the matter. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, 35jl reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance.
